1. Payment

Payment with Bank transfer

Orders placed through www.cablefreeled.com, www.cablefreeled.dk, www.cablefreeled.se, www.cablefreeled.no and www.cablefreeled.fi, can be paid by bank transfer.
The buyer must pay in advance. Only when the correct order amount is registered, the order will be shipped.

The amount is raised upon shipment of the goods.

Be aware: The customer pays the credit card fee.

 

 

2. Shipment and freight

Once payment has been made, the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipment of order occurs after buyer has paid shipping. Shipping depends on the weight of the package.

 

Delivery takes place with TNT, Delivery time is 1-5 business days.

Shipment takes place from the seller's warehouse in Hoejbjerg near Aarhus, directly to the address stated in the order.

 


3. Return Policy

Hence all sales from www.cablefreeled.com, www.cablefreeled.dk, www.cablefreeled.se, www.cablefreeled.no and www.cablefreeled.fi are employed B2B, the seller/CablefreeLED is not required to provide a right of cancellation.

 

Cancellation:
Is only accepted if, the goods has not yet been shipped from the sellers warehouse, and only if personal direct contact has been made.

4. Warranty

Order made through www.cablefreeled.com, www.cablefreeled.dk, www.cablefreeled.se, www.cablefreeled.no and www.cablefreeled.fi have 12-month warranty.
A legitimate complaint can cause one of the following actions: repair or replacement, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The buyer pays for shipping and delivery. Remember the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment.(please do not write on the packaging itself)
It is required that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

Deadline of warranty notice
The buyer must complain within "reasonable time" after the defect is discovered.
If advertisement is done within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

- Information regarding what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
- Action that should be taken: new products, refunding of payment etc.
- The serial number of the product must be provided


Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD or the like.

If you have any complaints about your purchase, please contact info@cablefreeled.com or +45 70 22 70 85 as soon as possible. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, if the conditions are met.

 


7. Applicable Law and jurisdiction

Generally, CablefreeLED will try to find a solution in collaboration with the buyer. If this does not turn out possible, legal action will be brought to the Court of Aarhus where Danish Law is applicable.
